Leadership Team

Calvin W. Yarbrough

CEO

Calvin W. Yarbrough serves as CEO of Satori Solutions, Inc., where he is also co-founder. His 40 years of extensive business experience include being a financial and internal controls auditor for a national CPA firm, hospital and ancillary provider contracting, Managed Care Organization provider network development specialist, and small business consulting. Additionally, he has experience working on Medicare and Medicaid contracting issues. He has a B.S. degree in accounting from Virginia State University.

Wilma L. Kidd

PRESIDENT and COO, BSW, MEd

Wilma L. Kidd is a co-founder and current business partner with Satori Solutions, Inc. She is a graduate of Tuskegee University with a Bachelor’s in Professional Social Work and a Master’s in Education  In her role, Wilma provides strategic planning, manages client relationships, and develops and facilitates team-based programs. Her areas of expertise include compliance assessments, regulatory program management, development, and implementation, and training and facilitation. Wilma formerly worked with Anthem, Inc. in the role of Staff Vice President, Privacy and Compliance Training.

Yvonne Burrell

VICE PRESIDENT, MEDICAL CLAIMS AUDITS, LPN-B

Yvonne is a co-founder and partner with Satori Solutions, Inc. She is a graduate of MCV School of Practical Nursing and holds a Licensed Practical Nurse-B with privileges in Virginia, North Carolina and Tennessee. In her current role, she manages the Satori resource team. Yvonne has over 22 years of hospital experience and 25 years conducting claims audits in hospitals, physician offices and ancillary providers resulting in substantial monetary recoveries. She also has experience in medical and bill charge audits.
