Mount Washington Amberina Diamond Quilt Tumbler/Juice Glass-Victorian-Mass.

In well preserved condition, this wonderful amberina art glass juice tumbler is a tough find in the marketplace especially in the diamond quilt pattern. It has a nicely polished pontil visible on the very bottom. Even though any one of the number of renowned glass companies operating during the late 19th/early 20th century could have produced this item, I have a strong belief this example originated from the Mount Washington Glass Co of New Bedford, Massachusetts sometime in the last quarter of the 19th century. The colors are rich and the pattern very clear. The glass measures 3 3/4” tall and 2 5/8” diameter across the top. As stated prior, no issues and no apologies for this wonderful item.
